Urine Neutralizer DECONTAMINATION
CHEMICALS
Mild but effective acid side spotter used to neutralize alkaline residues or stains. Urine Neutralizer is an
outstanding urine pre-treatment. Pet urine is initially on the acid side but as urine deposits age the residue
converts to alkaline salts, which are the source of odor. Pre-treatment of urine stains with Urine Neutralizer
dissolves urine salts for easy removal and perfectly prepares the affected area for treatment with Bio-Mod-
ifier, Bio-Charge or other urine neutralizers. Acid neutralization of ammonia below a pH of 9 will automati-
cally remove its odor. It also contains special odor suppressants that make the work area less offensive until
deodorizers can be applied.

Dilution Ratios:
Urine Pre-treatment: 1:4 to 1:16 with water depending upon severity. Saturate affected area, allow to dwell 5 to 15 minutes, agitate, rinse and
extract with clear water. Extraction with a Water Claw is ideal. Spotter: RTU. For best results, allow 2 to 3 minutes dwell time.

BIO-MODIFIER XTREME is a concentrated, active solution with bacteria, Hydrocide™ and an extreme
modifier designed to eliminate odors from urine, mold, mildew, organic rot, vomit, smoke, skunk and protein
fire residue. Bio-Modifier Xtreme changes the odor at the molecular level and works in a shorter time frame
than typical bacteria/enzyme products to digest the organic source material.

Urine Stain Remover STAIN REMOVER

Normal pet odor decontamination procedures often remove the yellow staining that accompanies pet urine
deposits, but when they don’t, reach for Urine Stain Remover.

Simply spray the stain full strength and allow it to work its oxygen-powered magic and the stain will disap-
pear! This is a product that will deliver truly amazing results, and there’s no need to neutralize or rinse.
Urine Stain Remover goes on at an acidic pH of 5.4 but self-neutralizes to a neutral pH of 7 as it dries.
